Planning
Once a development is approved, the order is planned against loom capacity and yarn supply, and a delivery date is confirmed with the buyer.
Weaving and finishing
Warp yarn is dyed, sized and woven, then finished to the agreed hand and shrinkage. Every roll is inspected and tested before packing.
Shipping
Rolls are packed, labeled and shipped by sea or air, with test reports and packing lists sent ahead so the buyer's factory can plan cutting.
