Sample to bulk without surprises

Why some developments slip between approval and production, and the checks we run so the bulk roll feels like the sample you signed off.

Rolls of finished denim stacked in the warehouse

Every buyer has a story about a sample that looked perfect and a bulk order that did not. Most of the time the cause is not a single mistake but small differences that add up: a new cotton lot, a slightly different dye bath, a finishing range running a little faster.

Start from a proven platform

Developments built on bases that already run in bulk carry far less risk. The yarn, the weave and the finish are known, so the new part of the fabric is the only thing that needs proving.

Lock the shade early

We agree a shade band with the buyer before bulk starts and check every lot against it. Rolls that drift outside the band are kept apart, not mixed in.

Test the bulk, not just the sample

Shrinkage, strength and color fastness are tested again on bulk rolls. Results go to the buyer with the shipment.
